Anointing of the Sick

Today we role played healing each other. Sister Monika brought in some oil and we had turns healing each other. When we put the oil on someone we said "I heal you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirt".

Market Day

Room 2 had a wonderful time at the Market. They have worked hard this term to produce Sgraffito Magnets. They enjoyed making, eating and selling 'Mud Pies'! (Chocolate Crackle).

Thank you to all of those who came along to the Market and showed your support. It was a wonderful event enjoyed by all.

Room two have been busy today creating their habitats for a 'Snortlepig'. The children have enjoyed this activity. They have shown how they can be very creative.

End of Term 2 Matariki Celebration

 

Today Room 2 celebrated Matariki and the end of Term 2 by proudly wearing their Maori cloaks they made. They were thoroughly pleased with their work and enjoyed showing them to the parents, grandparents, uncles and aunties that came to view their learning. Thank you to all of you who had the chance to come along.
